What we know
- A cooling failure at one of three Frankfurt data halls triggered an automatic shutdown at 06:12 CET. A failover to the other two halls did not complete.
- Halden Cloud says no customer data has been lost. Storage is replicated; the problem is access, not durability.
- Customers running in two regions recovered within minutes. Single-region customers are still waiting.
- The provider has filed an early warning with its national authority, as NIS2 requires within 24 hours of a significant incident.
